West Hyrule Map V2

West Hyrule is a pleasant continent, making the home of two races of the Union of Hylia (Good Guys; Hylians, Gorons, Zora) and one race of the Dragmire Invasion (Bad Guys; Moblins, Stalfos, Lizalfos). In North Hyrule Field lies the grand Hyrule Castle, Princess's Zelda's sprawling stronghold. This fortress acts as the primary capital of the Union as well as the boot camp for young Hylian warriors. In the western Zora Rivers, the eponymous race trains their warriors for battle against the Dragmire Invasion. Finally, the western Isle de Ikana is the training area for the Stalfos who have arrived by ship to scout on Western Hyrule.

In the Fallands lie the forgotten Darknut army that was sealed away after the defeat of Ganondorf. The Darknuts playable race, the Fallands and the tainted West Hyrule Field are available in an expansion pack.

West Hyrule consists of a large verdant plain in the central area, a grand desert in the northeast, the legendary Death Mountain to the northwest, swampy marshes in the southeast, deep forests in the south, and twin islands in the west.
